Page Title and Description

Page Title will be shown on the tab in browser, in Google search results, and on social media when your website is shared.
Page Description will accompany Page Title in Google search results, and on social media as a subtext below the title.

Notion Page

Notion Page is a pointer to the page in your Notion account which you would like to make the homepage of your website.
 
In order to obtain this value:
  1. Go to the page you want to set as your homepage in Notion.

  1. Turn Share to web on.
  1. Turn everything else off.
  1. Basically everything should look like this:

  1. Copy the sharing link using the Copy button.
  1. Paste it in the form, it will get converted automatically.
